Tobacco smoke harms not only the health of smokers, but also of those around them. As a responsible facility, we reject the normalisation of tobacco use in shared spaces and take an active position to guarantee:

A nuisance-free experience

Our policy aims to make sure that each person who visits Hotel Arconte—whether a smoker or not—can enjoy a stay free of any discomfort.

For this reason, smoking is strictly prohibited on hotel premises, including in rooms, balconies, terraces, common and outdoor areas.

We want each arrival to enter a spotless space, without any traces or smells left by previous guests. For us, cleanliness is not only an aesthetic consideration, but also one of respect.

Non-compliance measures

With the goal of ensuring that this policy is followed, the hotel reserves the right to charge an €800 cleaning and deodorising fee if traces of smoke or signs of tobacco consumption are detected in the facility.
